12 days sober RR 100% Another sober day! Fairly standard Monday yesterday. Just thought that I haven't updated my OCD fixation diary for a while so need to get back doing that. 12 step meeting tonight. It was absolutely freezing yesterday which makes it almost tempting to just come home straight from work tonight but I'm going to the meeting because it's the most important thing to do in my life right now. |
